- I am generally interested in earth surface transport processes and landscape dynamics. To tackle these topics, I develop analog experiments, mathematical modeling and their comparisons with field data.
- During my PhD, I have studied through analog experiments the bedload transport of a sediment of two different grain sizes, in order to extend the bedlaod transport law to the configurations of N sizes. Through analysis of movies (by fast camera : hundreds images/s) of my flume experiments, and I have quantified the bedload transport at the grain scale.
