Correct inconsistencies between DPOD2005 files for:

AREB, CARB, DJIB, GOMB,KRAB, MARB, PDMB, SIGA, WAIA

Add new stations:

AMVB, CIDB, CRQB, RILB

Add discontinuities for KETB (25-11-2008 and 31-03-2009)

Differences between version 1.3 and version 1.4

AMTB : add a discontinuity at 24-NOV-2005 (with same coordinates as the differences is about 5 mm, see DORISMAIL#497

GAVB : use GPS velocities instead of the incorrect European plate velocities

GR3B : add new station using a priori coordinates from SIMB (not verified)

MIAB : slightly correct the coordinates (few mm), using the more latest AOML coordinates

PDMB : delete period with bad 400MHz data (01-JAN-2003 to 03-JUN-2008)

REUB : delete period from 27-APR-2008 to 28-JUL-2008

RIKB : add a discontinuity for 04-JUN-2008 as discussed in DORISMail #DM559

ROUB : correct typo in X component (4 cm)

SOCA : correct typo in end period of SOCA

NB: typo on KOKA Z-velocity was corrected on January 30, 2009 (sign error in text file only)

ARMA : put the exact end time

DAKA : put the exact end time

IQUB : put the exact end time

RIQB : correct the position in 2000.0 (use the geodetic local tie and not the DORIS solution)

SCRB : correct typo in VZ (1.9 mm/yr instead of the correct 9.9 mm/yr)

STJB : correct a serious bug (coordinates and velocities did not correspond to the correct periods, before and after the break, but were the opposite)
