AlertMailer v1.00 Readme file

AlertMailer program uses the java mail utilities.
Before running AlertMailer, you must ensure that java mail is installed
by copying mail.jar and activation.jar to directory %jre_home%/lib/ext
where %jre_home% is the name of your JRE directory.
