To install and run the Windows version of NaqsClient:
1) Copy files from the bin directory to C:\nmx\bin.
2) Make sure that that C:\nmx\bin is in your path.
3) A pdf file reader such as adobe acrobat should be installed on your computer.  
   You will be asked for the location of the executable when you first access the help menu if it is not already in your path.
   To find the executable, right click on a shortcut to the pdf reader.  The target field will contain the path.
4) To view state of health history plots, a working DataServer should be installed with the NaqsServer.
5) From a command prompt, cd to C:\nmx\user.
6) Type in: NaqsView [settings_file].
