TiSKit: a collection of object-oriented Matlab routines to view and analyze seismic data
- Get the archive, unzip it, then add the folders "TiSKit", "TiSKit/progs" and "TiSKit/tsplot" to your Matlab directory paths
- NoiseRemove_Example, removing tilt and compliance noise from broadband ocean bottom seismometer data using TisKit. Includes example data.
Compliance calculation software
- gravd.m, for calculating the wavenumber of ocean surface gravity waves
- calcNCompMat.m calculates normalized compliance, using only matlab routines. Must also have raydep.m and gravd.m
- occinv.m. One-D occam inversion of compliance data for shear velocities. Must compile some Fortran code into Matlab (mex-file system). Available on request.

- lcheapo, routines to inspect and process LCHEAPO-2000 data files (can also be installed using pip)
