Understanding the characteristics of seismic observation environment of InSight mission is vital to make good use of the InSight seismic data. Here I report a series of time-frequency analyses of InSight ambient noise data in high frequencies (1-30 Hz), including the horizontal to vertical (H/V), polarization, damping and coherency characteristics, and the comparison between onboard SP, ground SP and ground VBB data. Afterwards, I conducted numerical modeling of HVSR and analyzed the correlations between H/V variation and local meteorological conditions, which confirmed that the wind-induced lander vibrations are the major sources of the InSight seismic ground motions in high frequencies. Finally, I present the subsurface structure inversion results based on the H/V and coherency analyses of S1222a event.
