First IPGP – INGV workshop
The Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris (IPGP) and the Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV) are holding their first joint meeting in November 2025, following the 2024 signing of a five-year Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen collaboration in Earth sciences. The event will bring together researchers and technical experts to share knowledge, data, and methods across four key areas: Instrumentation and Data Analysis, Volcanology, Tectonics and Seismology, and Extreme Environmental Events and Earth-System Coupling, fostering deeper cooperation and advancing shared research goals.
