QVCT Week is back at the IPGP from 15 to 19 June 2026!

For the second year running, Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week (QVCT) is back at the IPGP. It’s an opportunity to strengthen bonds between colleagues through a range of activities throughout the week, fostering a sense of togetherness.

From 15 to 19 June, the IPGP is taking part in Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week (QVCT). Throughout the week, staff are invited to take part in sessions for discussion, reflection and socialising, focusing on well-being at work, work-life balance and communication within teams.

On the programme: interactive workshops, webinars, a fitness challenge, a feedback wall and social events. The week will kick off on Monday 15 June with a launch coffee morning, followed by a series of workshops focusing on communication, active listening and managing mental workload.

This week offers an opportunity to share experiences, strengthen bonds between colleagues and reflect together on the conditions that foster a fulfilling and inclusive working environment.
